Agincourt Nissan

Someone has pointed out that the dealership is now under new management, so my comments below may no longer apply. Unfortunately, I no longer drive a Nissan, but if you go here, feel free to comment on your experiences.

Although Nissan makes some fine cars, their dealerships, or more specifically, Agincourt Nissan, leaves a lot to be desired.

Avoid this dealership at all costs (for service -- can't comment on their sales because I've never purchased from them, but with my service experiences from them, I never will!) The mechanics don't know what they're doing and the service manager is a self serving, pompous ass. Email me for further details on this dealership

I recently went to another dealership, which I highly recommend -- Ajax Nissan. When I got there, I realized that the service advisor once worked at Agincourt. Through conversation, I learned that the managers at Agincourt shafted this (older) gentleman. He needed some time to go out of country to visit his dying father. He asked the manager whether he could get some time off. The manager said he will get back to him. He repeatedly asked the manager and got the same answer. Finally when it was time to go, the manager told him he cannot have the time off. These are the kind of creeps that own/manage Agincourt Nissan.

I have had the opposite experience. Agincourt Nissan salespeople were honest and caring and didn't "force" any BS on me. Unlike 2 other dealers I went to (Dixie and Ajax). I got the car I was promised and the service has been great!

I worked with that person you are talking about and what is NOT in your story is that the service advisor had previously used that story about his dad and needing a month off. So he was let go for other reasons.

Actually his father had died 8 months earlier and he had to fly home to take care of some real estate issues. Makes you wonder about this whole post. Maybe there are two side to every story!

It's true - I don't take poor customer service lightly. Secondly, thanks for replying to this. This blog was dormant and dead, but your post has revived and now many more people will see it!

BTW, Ajax Nissan is an INCREDIBLE dealership! They do satisfy me!

Ken Shaw Lexus is also AMAZING!

Hi Rajendra Singh! I just wanted to let you know that Agincourt Nissan is now under NEW OWNERSHIP, and NEW MANAGEMENT! Granted I have heard horrible stories about what the past Service was like etc and could completely understand why you feel the way you do. I just wanted people to know that it's no longer like that. The new Service Manager is AMAZING, and he genuinely seems to really care about each Customer that comes through the door for Servicing! If someone has had a bad experience he WANTS to know about it! He's a very reasonable person. I've come across plenty of Service Managers both professionally and personally, and the one that is currently at Agincourt Nissan is the absolute BEST that I have ever come across! For anyone interested, his name is Justin Gamble.
